Stunning Night Skies from Hentervene Holiday Park.Okay, not often a priority for choosing a holiday destination, but we have some of the darkest nights in the country, and weather permitting, the milky way looks absolutely phenomenal.  Just sit outside on a warm summer evening, (or even a cold winter one!) watching the meteors streak over head. If you are not used to truly dark skies, you wont believe it.

We do not have a lighting system around the park, just low level solar lights, so there is no light pollution, just peace and quiet and the nights sky. We have lost count how many people have said they have never slept so well! (we are where it is shown white on the map!)

Plenty for everyone from your holiday base here at Hentervene.
