Q: How much does a static caravan or lodge cost at Hentervene?
A: Prices vary depending on the model, size, and features. Pre-owned caravans start from around £20,000 depending on age. Preowned lodges currently begin at approximately £95,000. Contact us for current availability and pricing.
Q: Can I finance my purchase?
A: We do not offer financing packages; however, staged payments are available for new lodges. We do not recommend buying a holiday lodge or caravan on finance. For guidance on financing holiday homes, see Holiday Lodge Finance Options (we are not affiliated with this service.)
Q: Can I live in the caravan or lodge year-round?
A: All models are suitable for year-round use with proper insulation and heating, however, we are a holiday park, so it is not possible to live here all year round. Any holiday park that says otherwise is misleading you, there are no legal ways around this. Read the BHHPA guide on rules for caravan and lodge occupation for more information.
Q: What are the annual site fees?
A: Many places won`t publish site fees for fear of informing the competition. We prefer to be open. Caravans are £2733+VAT for the year. Lodges range from £3590+VAT up to £4488+VAT depending on where they are sited. We have been here over 20 years.

Site & Ownership Questions
Q: Do I own the plot or just the caravan/lodge?
A: You purchase the caravan or lodge, while the plot is leased under the terms outlined in our park license. Park licenses are standard as written by the BHHPA and are available to view on request.

Q: Are pets allowed in the lodges?
A: Yes! Dogs are permitted at Hentervene, providing they are family friendly and owners are responsible. We have a walk around the park, plus there are many walks close by.
Q: What facilities are included with my lodge?
A: All lodges come with electricity, water and gas connections. They come furnished if desired, and turnkey ready. There is free wifi across site. See More information on our park facilities.
Maintenance & Upkeep
Q: Who is responsible for maintenance?
A: Owners are responsible for their caravan or lodge upkeep. The park maintains communal areas, roads, and utilities. We can assist with maintenance issues if it helps either directly or by recommending local tradesmen.
Q: Can I upgrade or customize my caravan/lodge?
A: Yes! Many lodge owners choose upgrades such as kitchen appliances, flooring, or external decking. None of our lodges are out of a brochure, they are all bespoke. Caravans are less adaptable, however, but there is a wide choice of styles available.
Visiting & Contact
Q: Can I view the caravans or lodges before buying?
A: Absolutely. We encourage prospective buyers to schedule a visit or even stay at the park. Contact us to arrange a tour and view our park and current stock.
Q: How do I reserve a caravan or lodge?
A: Reservations can be made with a deposit, usually 10%, but it depends on what it is you are looking at buying. We can guide you through contracts, payment schedules, and delivery dates.
